Shipping

  • We do ship internationally, to any country in the world.
  • Will usually ship within 3 business days of receiving payment.
  • We use (Epacket, USPS, Royal Mail etc.) to transport your package.
  • After Shipped, we will update your order and send you an email with the tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the shipping status of your order at the following website.

  • It usually takes 10-15 days to receive the item. If encounter special circumstances (such as customs delay, weather reasons), there may be delays, please be patient, thank you for your understanding!

Funko-Store.com sticks to tenet of "quality first, customer foremost". We have a QA team to check your order products before they are packed and sent, but sometimes a return or an exchange is necessary. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please take advantage of our cancellation policy and return policy.

Regarding to the problems not mentioned below, please email to funko-store@hotmail.com including an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your request.

Cancellation Policy

All of our products can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Return Policy

We encourage you to go on a thorough check-up when you receive the package, and make sure whether the items are the ones you have specified. If you are going to exchange/return the product, please make sure that they are in the original condition, unused, undamaged and in original package.

We cannot accept the exchange or return after your order has been shipped.

Defective, Damaged, Mis-shipped Items

You are eligible for a partial/full refund or exchange if we shipped you a defective, damaged or mis-shipped item. If you believe your item was damaged during shipping, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

  • Returns accepted if product not as described, We responsible for return shipping fee.
  • 14days Returns accepted if you are not satisfied with the item, Buyer responsible for return shipping fee.

  • Full Refund if you don't receive your order.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service (Email Address: funko-store@hotmail.com) within the requiring time of different products category. Please include an explanation and photographs stating the reason for your return.

2. Once your request has been approved, our customer service will offer you the return address (not the location address or the parcel address). Please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number. Items received unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned. You will receive a refund within 2 business days after we receive your return item.

Please Note:

We reserve the right not to process the refund if your request not be approved or items returned in unacceptable condition.
